Poppy Cottage Booking Terms and Conditions
1.
Bookings are made in one-week blocks from Saturday to
Saturday.
2.
The cottage is available from

£50 deposit is paid with the booking form.
4.
The booking is only accepted after the deposit is received
with a signed booking form and we have issued a written confirmation.
5.
The balance of the holiday cost is due at least six weeks
before your holiday.
6.
In the event of cancellation we will attempt to re-let the
period you have booked. If we are successful we will refund the amount received
from the re-letting less a handling charge of £20.
7.
The number of people using the cottage must not exceed six.
8.
The cottage will be cleaned and checked before your arrival
and must be left in a clean condition on your departure. If you do not leave
the cottage in an acceptable clean condition, the costs of cleaning will be
passed onto you.
9.
You will be held responsible for and must make good any
breakages or damage which occur during your stay.
10. Linen and towels
are included in the rent. Electricity is included in the rent.
11. The cottage is a
no smoking area.
12. No pets of any
kind may be brought to the cottage.
